Biography

Sanjay is an associate in the firm’s insurance practice group, where he works with insurers on coverage, property appraisal, and regulatory matters, as well as arson and other types of fraud. He supports clients by helping them navigate complex issues efficiently, drawing on his experience with administrative proceedings and legal analysis.

Sanjay earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the Illinois Department of Insurance, where he worked closely with the Assistant General Counsel, supporting administrative hearings and handling legal research and writing. He also interned with Just the Beginning, an organization that supports students from underrepresented backgrounds pursuing careers in law.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Business, where he was an active member of the Finance and Investment Club.

Outside of the office, Sanjay enjoys spending time with family and friends, following sports, and staying active through weightlifting and running.
