Biography

Sanjay Biswas is a Denton-area criminal defense lawyer with a long-standing legal career that began in 1997. He was born in Yorkshire, England, in 1971 and moved to the United States when he was five. His education took him to Tulane University, where he completed a B.A. in Sociology in 1997. That year he also earned his law degree from Tulane Law School, and he later returned to complete an L.L.M. in Admiralty Law. Mr. Biswas has spent most of his career in solo practice, giving him the independence to build a defense strategy around the needs of each client. His practice is focused mainly on criminal law, and he is licensed to practice in Texas and Louisiana. He lives in Frisco, Texas, and works with clients across North Texas who are facing serious legal challenges.
