Biography

Sanjo Shane Shatley is the Managing Partner in the firm's Jacksonville office. He practices in all phases of medical malpractice, civil defense litigation, including premises liability, nursing home, professional malpractice, and products liability. His practice also includes construction litigation and risk management counseling, including the representation of design professionals in professional liability claims, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect, contract, and lien enforcement claims, and payment and performance bond sureties in public and private bond and subrogation claims.

Mr. Shatley attended Villanova University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Political Science in 1995. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998.
