Sara Ataei advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to digital media and privacy across the European Union (EU) and globally, focusing on data protection, cybersecurity, online advertising, data governance, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance.

Sara provides practical, business-oriented legal guidance on a wide range of issues, including data-driven initiatives, advanced IT projects, and data protection litigation.

Before joining Keller and Heckman, Sara served as an associate in the IP, IT, and Data Protection practice of a multinational law firm, where she gained experience in compliance and transactional matters. Her deep knowledge of the technological challenges businesses face allows her to deliver strategic insights across the evolving digital landscape.
