Since 2004, Sara Jiries Saba has served as the driving force behind Nest Law as its Founding Attorney and CEO. She leads a team built around experienced, senior-level trial talent and has expanded the firm’s reach across Miami, Aventura, and beyond. Ms. Saba oversees a practice that handles both personal and financially significant disputes, including divorce and family law cases, whistleblower claims under the False Claims Act and related programs, securities and investment fraud recovery, and nationwide litigation involving defective products and dangerous drugs. Clients turn to her for steady leadership, clear direction, and preparation that doesn’t cut corners. She also supports resolution-focused options when appropriate, including mediation and collaborative processes. Ms. Saba maintains strong professional ties through memberships in Taxpayers Against Fraud, the Federal Bar, the Federal Bankruptcy Bar, and The Florida Bar (including Family Law Section committees), and she is part of the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She previously served as president of the Bal Harbour International Rotary Club.
