Biography

Sara Kallop focuses her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, employment and professional liability. She litigates professional malpractice claims, corporate and partnership disputes, director and officer liability, breach of fiduciary duty claims, as well as fraud claims. Sara also litigates employment discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower claims, defamation and negligence claims. Before moving to Florida, Sara began her legal career in New York where she represented professionals, insurance companies, corporations and self-insured public entities in a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters.

Prior to entering private practice, Sara served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Douglas H. Hurd and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Mercer County Vicinage.
