Sara Slabisak

Sara Slabisak is an accomplished appellate attorney with a distinctive background that combines legal expertise and scientific knowledge. With bar admissions in Oregon, Washington D.C., and Texas, as well as registration as a Patent Attorney (USPTO Reg. No. 80,654), Sara brings a unique, highly analytical perspective to appellate advocacy.

Sara’s litigation experience includes drafting dispositive motions, conducting in-depth legal research, preparing appellate briefs, and representing clients before specialized tribunals such as the TTAB and PTAB. Sara graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she served as Editor in Chief of Environmental Law and completed a judicial externship with Judge Aoyagi at the Oregon Court of Appeals.
