I had a matter with Sarah in which she represented the general contractor and I represented the owner, and which involved thorny change order issues compounded by half a dozen lien claims from subcontractors anxiously awaiting the outcome of the prime contract disputes. Sarah did a terrific job representing the interests of her client, and was easy to work with as we pursued a settlement that was in the best interests of all involved. Read less
