Biography

Sarah Ethington’s primary areas of practice include intellectual property, contract transactions and disputes, and business/corporate litigation.

Sarah obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law with a concentration in intellectual property. Before joining Marquis Aurbach, Sarah served for one year as the judicial law clerk in Business Court for the Honorable Judge Timothy C. Williams in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. As a judicial law clerk, she conducted legal research, drafted orders and opinions, and managed complex business civil litigation matters. Sarah gained invaluable experience, which provided her with a deeper understanding of the judicial process and complex commercial litigation.

In her spare time, Sarah likes attending concerts and music festivals, traveling, and rooting for the Seattle Seahawks. She also enjoys spending quality time with her pet bunny.
