Sarah Gober

Sarah Gober’s practice focuses on advising employers on all aspects of employment and labor law. Her extensive experience allows her to offer detailed guidance regarding the varied and complex issues faced by employers as they strive to maintain a collaborative and mutually beneficial professional relationship with their employees. Ms. Gober advises employers on appropriate procedural modifications necessary to comply with ever-changing policy and legislation, providing trainings to employees on issues on topics such as harassment and discrimination. She assists employers at each stage of the hiring and termination process, including drafting employment agreements, addressing issues related to employee discipline and providing guidance regarding termination procedures. She provides employers guidance regarding the proper administration of federal and state family leave acts and other benefit entitlements. Ms. Gober also offers guidance to employers with unionized work forces at each stage of contract negotiations, beginning with the development and drafting of proposals and concluding with the adoption of the finalized agreement.
