Sarah Kroll

Sarah Kroll is a senior associate in R&H’s Family Law practice, where she champions the rights of children and vulnerable individuals across Colorado. Before joining the firm, she advanced her legal competencies handling adoption, guardianship, custody, divorce, and dependency-and-neglect cases. Early in her career, Sarah provided legal representation and support services to Adams County families in crisis, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges faced by parents and children in high-conflict situations. Her unique background informs her approach to dispute resolution and long-term family stability. Notable victories include preserving a parent’s authority over a child’s mental-health treatment in the Colorado Supreme Court, securing guardianship for a relative caregiver in a contested custody matter, protecting a client’s business interests in divorce negotiations, and obtaining a permanent protection order and primary custody for a domestic-violence survivor.
