Biography

Setareh Law, APLC is a highly accomplished personal injury firm dedicated to helping accident victims across California recover full and fair compensation for injuries involving surgery or broken bones.

Sayyora Badalbaeva is a dedicated and compassionate attorney whose multicultural upbringing and diverse legal experience uniquely inform her approach to personal injury law. With a strong foundation in both corporate defense and plaintiff representation, she brings a well-rounded, strategic perspective to every case she handles.

Originally from Uzbekistan and having lived in Italy, she draws from her international background to connect with clients from all walks of life. Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek, she is proud to serve a diverse clientele with clarity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

Ms. Badalbaeva began her academic journey at Rutgers University in New Jersey before transferring to the University of Southern California, where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science in 2019. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2022, earning certification in Entertainment and Sports Law.

Before focusing on plaintiff advocacy, she gained extensive experience defending both small businesses and large corporate clients in complex personal injury matters. This defense-side background now gives her a strategic edge in representing injured individuals — allowing her to anticipate opposing tactics and build compelling, client-centered cases.

She recently passed the Uniform Bar Examination in Pennsylvania and will soon be licensed to practice law, with portability across 36 UBE jurisdictions.

Outside of the legal world, she is an avid dog mom to two small poodles who accompany her on hiking adventures. A passionate home cook, she enjoys blending her cultural roots with global flavors to create dishes that reflect her heritage and love of travel.

Ms. Badalbaeva approaches each client’s case with integrity, determination, and a deep commitment to achieving justice for those who have been wrongfully injured.
