Scott A. Leaser

Scott A. Leaser received his Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012, graduating with cum laude honors. Mr. Leaser is a member of the Florida Justice Association, Broward County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida as well as in Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. Raised in South Florida, Mr. Leaser has dedicated his practice to fighting for the rights of accident victims who have suffered an injury due to the negligence of another. His practice focuses on automobile accidents, motorcycle crashes, trucking accidents, slip and falls, general negligence and personal injury protection (PIP) litigation. Previously, Mr. Leaser was an attorney with Brotman Nusbaum Ibrahim (BNI), located in Boca Raton. During his time at BNI, he cultivated relationships with individuals around the South Florida area and accumulated a successful track record litigating personal injury claims. During his time at Nova Southeastern, Mr. Leaser also acted as Vice President of the Nova Trial Association.
