Scott Aaron Rubenstein

Scott A. Rubenstein has practiced criminal law for close to 20 years in Southwest Ohio.  A former Assistant Prosecutor with Hamilton County, and in private practice since 2003, Mr. Rubenstein has litigated hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases including murder, robbery, sex crimes, narcotic crimes, white collar crimes, theft crimes, and appellate cases of all varieties. He has represented successfully hundreds of clients at trial and all other stages of courtroom proceedings, including arraignment, bail hearings, preliminary hearings, probation violations, sentencing hearings, and appeals. Mr. Rubenstein received his BA degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1995. He received his JD law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1999. Mr. Rubenstein was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1999 and to the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 2000. He was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 2003, and to the Supreme Court of the United States in the same year. - See more at: #
