Biography

Scott joined Malamut & Associates in 2020 bringing over 10 years of experience in Personal Injury and Trial Law. Scott spent most of his career defending insured clients in complex civil litigation and personal injury matters. He’s tried dozens of cases to jury verdicts and has successfully litigated, defended, mediated, and prosecuted hundreds of multi-million dollar catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

With his years of experience, Scott now devotes his career to helping injured clients fight for justice. He represents clients injured in automobile accidents, slip & fall, wrongful death, tractor trailer accidents, construction accidents, and negligence. He has also defended and prosecuted contract disputes, consumer fraud, premises liability, and various insurance-related disputes.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Drexel University and his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. He maintains his residence in South Jersey, has two sons who play soccer and hockey and is active in the mental health/substance abuse awareness community.
