Scott Aval

I grew up in California’s San Fernando Valley before moving to the Los Angeles area, where I attended middle and high school, and later relocating to South Orange County with my family. Sports have always been an important part of my life, both as a participant and a fan, and through those experiences I developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. These values continue to influence how I approach my work as an attorney.

I attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California, and later earned my Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. After passing the California Bar Exam in 2017, I joined Avrek Law Firm in 2018 and have since focused my career on personal injury law. Over the years, I have helped resolve numerous cases with settlements that exceeded available policy limits, reflecting my commitment to pursuing the strongest possible results for the clients I represent.

Outside of my legal practice, I enjoy both watching and playing sports. I also value time with my three young children, whose presence in my life reinforces my dedication to giving my best in everything I do. As an attorney, I am driven by compassion for individuals who have been harmed by another’s negligence, and I take pride in supporting my clients with diligence, empathy, and steady guidance through difficult circumstances.
