Scott Aval: Attorney with Avrek Law Firm

Biography

I grew up in California’s San Fernando Valley, later moved to the Los Angeles area for middle and high school, and eventually settled in South Orange County with my family. Sports have always been a big part of my life—both playing and watching—and they taught me teamwork, discipline, and perseverance early on. Those same values shape how I practice law today. I attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo and earned my J.D. from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. After passing the California Bar in 2017, I joined Avrek Law Firm in 2018 and have focused my career on personal injury law ever since. I’ve helped clients resolve a wide range of cases, including many that resulted in settlements exceeding available policy limits. For me, that reflects careful preparation, steady negotiation, and a commitment to pushing for the best possible outcome. Outside the office, I still love sports and make time to play when I can. Most of all, I value time with my three young children, who keep me grounded and motivate me to bring my best every day. I’m driven by compassion for people harmed by negligence, and I work hard to guide clients with clarity, empathy, and consistency.
