Biography

Scott B. Halperin grew up in Parkland, Florida. He graduated from Florida State University with a double major in political science and American history, and went on to earn his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2015.

Since his admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Halperin has dedicated his practice exclusively to representing injured plaintiffs in personal injury and negligence matters. He is committed to advocating for the rights of his clients and helping them achieve meaningful results.

Outside of work, Mr. Halperin enjoys spending time with his wife, Laurie, their sons, Cole and Wyatt, and their two dogs, Scout and Mena. He loves the outdoors and is an avid golfer. Mr. Halperin is also an active member of the Florida Justice Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
