Biography

Scott Butler graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2010. After graduation, he began working as a trial lawyer and immediately won two jury trials with verdicts totaling over $100,000. Scott soon moved from Milwaukee to La Crosse, where he worked as the La Crosse County Circuit Court Law Clerk and Small Claims Mediator. Two years later, he returned to civil litigation by joining Fitzpatrick, Skemp & Butler, LLC where he was later promoted to partner and shareholder. In his free time, Scott volunteers his legal skills to New Horizons Shelter and Outreach Center, which serves victims of domestic violence, and Legal Action of La Crosse.
