Biography

Scott C. Rowland is a Partner & Chair of the Florida Matrimonial and Family Law Department at McLaughlin & Stern, PLLC. Mr. Rowland is a Certified Financial Litigator by the American Academy of Financial Litigators and is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell . During more than two decades of practice in Southwest Florida, Mr. Rowland has developed a reputation for zealously representing his clients with a professional, knowledgeable, common-sense approach. He applies his knowledge and experience to help clients develop a strategic, effective, goal-oriented approach to their case. Mr. Rowland was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and the U.S. District Court, for the Middle District of Florida in 2001. He is also an active member of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section, and the Collier County Bar Association, where he has served as the President of the Family Law Section, President of the Young Lawyers Section, and as a Director for the Collier County Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Thomas S. Biggs Chapter of the Inns of Court where he has obtained the level of Master of the Bench.
