Biography

Scott D. Clements is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation. Mr. Clements serves as Co-Chair of the Railroad Law, Litigation and Regulatory Counsel Group, and he is also a member of the firm’s Transportation Law Group, Toxic Tort Group, and Insurance Law and Litigation Group .

Mr. Clements has extensive civil trial experience representing railroad companies in Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) and state tort claim litigation, as well as manufacturers and premises owners in the defense of asbestos claims. His practice also includes representation of motor carrier transportation companies in personal injury actions and regulatory matters, and various clients in the areas of product liability, premises liability, administrative law, landlord-tenant law, commercial litigation, and general insurance defense litigation.
