Biography

Scott Davis was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, but now calls Memphis, Tennessee, home. He received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee at Martin and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis.

Scott Davis started his career working on large-scale eDiscovery cases for a legal technology and staffing company in Nashville, Tennessee. Those cases included complex litigation, mass tort, product liability, pharmaceutical, anti-trust, environmental cases, mergers and acquisitions, and more. Scott utilizes his experience with some of the leading legal technology, including the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the discovery process, to provide the most efficient and accurate results possible for clients.

As an eDiscovery Attorney, Scott works to provide Morgan & Morgan’s clients with the same technological advantages that would normally only be available to the largest of corporations. There is no case too big, or a number of documents too great to scare away Morgan & Morgan eDiscovery teams.

Scott Davis resides in Memphis, and works remotely on eDiscovery, Mass Torts, and Class Action cases for Morgan & Morgan.
