Biography

Scott Fitzgerald Mullin is an Associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East office. He practices in the areas of state and federal civil litigation matters, including general civil litigation, business/commercial law, employment and labor law, civil rights law, and condominium and homeowners' association law.

Mr. Mullin received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida cum laude and received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Mullin served as the Editor-in-Chief of the New York Real Property Law Journal. After graduating, Mr. Mullin practiced commercial and civil litigation at two well-respected South Florida firms and served as Senior Staff Attorney for the Chief Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Hon. Jeffrey T. Kuntz.

Mr. Mullin was born and raised in Broward County, FL, and is a proud alumnus of St. Thomas Aquinas High School. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, boating, and rooting for the Florida Panthers and Florida Gators.
