Biography

Scott F. Odierno, a native of Bronx, New York, born in 1967, relocated to Long Island in 1973, setting the stage for a career marked by dedication and legal prowess. In 1989, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Medieval and Renaissance History from Brown University. During his time at Brown, Scott showcased leadership as the captain of the Baseball team and earned recognition as a First Team All-Ivy catcher.

Upon graduating from New York Law School in 1992, Scott embarked on his legal journey by joining The Odierno Law Firm, P.C. Currently a partner in the firm, his practice focuses on two primary areas: Personal Injury and No-Fault litigation. Scott is admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, along with all New York State Courts.

Within the realm of personal injury representation, Scott's influence extends from case intake to trial. His notable accomplishments include the successful resolution or trial of cases spanning various personal injury practice areas, encompassing motor vehicle and truck accidents, labor law, scaffolding injuries, premises falls, and lack of security cases. In his role as a partner, Scott assumes responsibility for overseeing all motion and appellate practice within the personal injury department.

In 2003, Scott orchestrated the establishment of the firm's no-fault litigation department, a testament to his strategic vision. This department has proven instrumental, successfully representing over a thousand medical providers in securing no-fault benefits that were prematurely denied by insurance companies. Scott's commitment to excellence and comprehensive legal knowledge underscores his role as a distinguished attorney at The Odierno Law Firm, P.C.
