Biography

Scott H. Silver is one of Florida's most prominent workers' compensation litigators. Mr. Silver is a senior equity partner and manages firm operations for the Fort Lauderdale office while maintaining an active litigation and trial caseload. Brandsmart v. Schaffer: Mr. Silver successfully litigated a set limitation to the number of personal questions that could be directed to the employer representative. The First DCA granted MKRS's petition and specifically identified a number of personal questions no longer appropriate for discovery through an employer representative (barring of course any unusual need in a specific case).
