Scott Harrison

Scott Harrison is a personal injury trial attorney with 19 years of legal experience representing seriously injured people across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas. A Marietta, Georgia native who attended Wheeler High School, Scott went on to earn his B.S. in Biology from Georgia State University before earning his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. In 2020, Scott successfully argued before the Georgia Supreme Court in Reid v. Morris, 309 Ga. 230, 845 S.E.2d 590, leading to the reversal of an unfavorable order and the disapproval of three erroneous cases that had served as damaging precedent to the insurance industry for 13 years. That landmark effort corrected a longstanding error in Georgia personal injury law involving punitive damages and turned what had been a complete coverage denial into a policy-limits tender for his client.

His work has since been featured in national media outlets including NPR's Here & Now, Bloomberg, Business Insider, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for creating a roadmap that other plaintiff attorneys can follow in difficult cases.
