Biography

Scott Howard LeVine is a Partner in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office. He practices in the area of premises liability, product liability, vehicle negligence, medical malpractice defense, and general litigation.

Mr. LeVine obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami with a major in History and a Minor in Political Science in 2005. Thereafter, he attended the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2008. While in law school, Mr. LeVine was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, an advocate and coach of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team, a representative of the Student Bar Association Council, and a Certified Legal Intern with the Broward County Public Defender's Office.
