Biography

Mr. Salant has practiced commercial litigation since 1989.

He is admitted in both New York and Massachusetts, and has developed experience in a wide range of areas including contract law, employment law, real estate law, securities law, trust and estates law, bankruptcy law, professional malpractice law, member/shareholder disputes and corporate dissolution. He has handled cases in a variety of jurisdictions, including New York State and Federal courts, Connecticut State and Federal courts, and arbitrations before the AAA, FINRA, NYSE and NASD. He also currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of AmBase corporation, a publicly traded company.

• Kim Dingee v. David J. Mazzetti and Seven Bridges Wealth Advisors, Case No. 01-21-0000-3475 (American Arbitration Association) (successful prosecution of breach of contract and age discrimination claims);
