paraeducator employed by Baltimore County Public Schools, and their

Maryland College Park and Washington College. Mr. Scherr actively
contributes to his local community, having served as the President of
the Summit Chase Townhouse Association, Inc., his homeowner's
association, and as a board member for 15 years. Additionally, he
