Biography

Scott Frase is an experienced trial attorney, with a record of successful verdicts and settlements for injured clients. Prior to joining Perdue & Kidd, Mr. Frase was a trial lawyer for some of the largest personal injury firms in Texas.

Individuals injured by the negligence of others have their lives disrupted and often changed forever. Mr. Frase is passionate about understanding the story each person has about the lasting effects an injury can have on almost every aspect of someone’s life. He fights hard to protect not only their personal injury claims, but their dignity. He is unafraid of taking the fight to the courtroom and welcomes each opportunity for trial.
