Scott is a very good lawyer with keen insight into the practicalities of a litigation matter. While he is also technically skilled, I believe his insight into a case's dynamics is his biggest asset.

Scott is an underutilized asset at Lewis and Roca. He is bright and effective, yet has not had the litigation opportunities which should be available to a practitioner of his caliber.
