Mr. Wm. Scott Schulten

Scott Schulten is the heart and soul behind Schulten Ward Turner & Weiss, LLP. Over a career spanning forty years, he became the go-to for anyone dealing with commercial real estate or complex business acquisitions. He launched the firm back in 1986, and it’s been impressive to watch it grow from a small practice into the multi-service legal powerhouse it is today. Scott wasn’t just busy with his own clients, he was a leader in the broader legal community, serving as Chair for the Atlanta Bar Association’s Managing Partner Committee and spending nearly two decades on the board of the Legal Netlink Alliance. His peers certainly noticed his impact, naming him a Super Lawyer for twenty years running and one of Georgia’s Top 100 lawyers five years in a row. These days, as an Emeritus member, Scott focuses on firm management and his love for travel. In fact, he and his wife, Tina, recently spent time in Nepal teaching English to young monks at a monastery in Lukla. It’s that kind of adventurous spirit and dedication to helping others that truly defines Scott’s legacy.
