Biography

Sean Rommel, co-founder of Wyly-Rommel, PLLC, focuses primarily on complex federal litigation and is licensed in all Texas and Arkansas courts and before the Fifth and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals. He earned a B.A., with honors, from the University of Miami (1991) and a J.D., with high honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law (1994). After law school he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps (1994–1998) and clerked for the Hon. David Folsom, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (1998–1999). Mr. Rommel authored a 1994 article on obscenity law in the Arkansas Law Review, has been recognized in Texas Rising Stars (2004–2009), and is a member of multiple bar organizations including the Arkansas, Texas, Texarkana, and American Bar Associations and the Bar Association for the Eastern District of Texas. He was born in Russellville, Arkansas (September 19, 1969), and lives with his wife, Jameson, and their sons, Carson and Alec.
