Biography

Sean Han represents banks and financial institutions in a wide range of financial transactions. He advises on asset-based loan transactions, loan restructurings, leveraged transactions, and real estate financing. His experience includes drafting and negotiating commitment letters, secured and unsecured credit agreements, guarantee agreements, loan documents, and security and pledge agreements, as well as extensions, amendments, restatements, and waivers.

• One of three lenders under a $910 million revolving credit facility to a Belize corporation secured by works of fine art.°

• A lender under €45 million of credit facilities secured in part by pledges by a Chilean private investment company.°

• A lender under a $575 million term loan secured by works of fine art °

• A lender under a $1.5 billion credit facility secured by marketable securities.°

• A lender providing construction financing for a multimedia center in Las Vegas.°

• A lender providing a $13 million term loan for the purchase of a New York City building.°

• A lender providing a $50 million term loan for the refinancing of a hotel operating on a leasehold estate in Pennsylvania.°

• A lender providing a $28 million term loan for the refinancing of a hotel in Connecticut.°

• A lender providing a $40 million term loan for the refinancing of a hotel in Illinois.°

• Lenders to art galleries and art collectors in the United States, Europe, and South America.°

• Lenders in bilateral loans secured by personal investments such as marketable securities, Rule 144 securities, margin accounts and fine art °

• Agents and lenders in the restructuring and refinancing of loans to financially troubled companies in the automotive, real estate, airline, aircraft leasing, real estate construction, equipment supply and advertising industries.°
