Sean M. Hamann

Sean Hamann is a Partner at Lake Toback DiDomenico and has been with the firm since 2013. Before joining, he built a private practice focused on corporate contract valuation and enforcement, family law matters before and after judgment, and appeals. At the firm, Sean draws on his business background to represent high-net-worth clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and complex financial disputes. His work often involves executive and professional liability issues, business valuation and division, retained earnings and compensation analysis, and the calculation and valuation of restricted stock units and other equity grants. He also handles claims involving fraud and fraudulent transfers, trust disputes, asset tracing, parental rights and responsibilities, and the valuation and division of estates. Sean has argued cases in every Illinois appellate district and the Illinois Supreme Court, and he has represented clients in the Northern District of Illinois in international child abduction matters involving the Hague Convention. He also appears nationwide pro hac vice when clients need help outside Illinois.
