Sean M. Novak is the founding partner of The Novak Law Firm, P.C. He brings a wealth of legal experience that began in Canada and continue to Southern California.

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Mr. Novak embarked on a distinguished academic career at the University of Manitoba, laying the foundation for his legal pursuits. His journey continued at the University of North Dakota School of Law, where he not only earned a Juris Doctor but did so with Distinction, a testament to his commitment to excellence.

After completing his education, Mr. Novak traded his hockey skates for a legal career in California, where he has been practicing since 1998. Over the past 25 years, he has become a highly respected trial attorney, renowned for his sharp legal mind and assertive approach to litigation.

Before dedicating his practice to advocating for individuals, Mr. Novak spent several years as a defense attorney, successfully handling cases on behalf of entertainment production companies, large corporations and insurance companies.
