Biography

Mr. Joyce has been practicing in California since 2003 and has dedicated his practice to the area of Family Law including Divorce, Child Custody & Visitation, Child Support, Paternity Actions, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, and Premarital Agreements . Prior to 2014, Mr. Joyce owned and operated the Law Office of Sean Patrick Joyce and in 2014 he formed Lurkis, Joyce & Del Bove, LLP with two close friends that are well respected family law practitioners. The firm practices exclusively Family Law and handles all aspects of dissolutions, custody and support matters.

Mr. Joyce is a 1999 graduate of the University of Denver-College of Law and the recipient of the Chief Justice Edward R. Pringle Merit Scholarship and American Jurisprudence awards in Constitutional Law I and Patent Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Joyce received his B.S. in Economics from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
