Biography

Sean Lenihan served in the United States Navy from 1992-1996. Mr. Lenihan graduated from Salem State College in Salem, Massachusetts in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Lenihan graduated from Massachusetts School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2001. Mr. Lenihan is a general practice attorney that is licensed in the states of New York (since 2009) and Massachusetts (since 2002, focusing primarily on matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child support and custody disputes. Mr. Lenihan also has extensive experience handling landlord/tenant matters, criminal defense (including DWI), civil litigation, estate planning (including Wills and Trusts), residential real estate closings and related real estate matters. Mr. Lenihan has extensive experience in commercial litigation and civil litigation.
