Sean Thomas Conrad, Esq.

Sean Conrad is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Cedar Rapids, Iowa office. Sean combines a strong academic background with practical legal experience and a passion for serving others. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he values building meaningful relationships with clients and strives to make the legal process approachable and understandable.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Iowa, where he graduated in the top five percent of his class, earned multiple Dean’s List and President’s List honors, and graduated with honors in Spanish. He is fluent in Spanish.

Prior to joining the firm, Sean practiced law with a Cedar Rapids firm, where he managed a substantial caseload and gained experience in litigation, legal writing, courtroom preparation, and client advocacy. Before becoming an attorney, he served as a law clerk with the same firm and completed an internship with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, conducting legal research, drafting reports, and participating in investigations and settlement negotiations.

Sean’s commitment to serving others extends beyond his legal work. Through volunteer organizations and community programs, he has assisted Spanish-speaking individuals, supported workers seeking financial assistance, and helped connect people with important resources.
