Biography

Sean Werner is an attorney with over a decade of experience in civil litigation of all kinds.  While the focus of Sean's practice is insurance defense, he also handles cases involving personal injury (representing both plaintiff and defendant), contract disputes, landlord and tenant litigation, workers' compensation (representing both claimant and employee), and serves as local counsel for out-of-state firms looking for an attorney with expertise in the local courts. Sean is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as federal courts in both jurisdictions.  Since 2004, he has litigated hundreds of cases at all levels in both jurisdictions, including appeals.
