Biography

Sean W. Fogarty is an Associate with DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Education practice groups. At his prior firm, Sean’s experience included counseling local boards of education on employment practices, defense litigation matters, insurance coverage disputes, labor relations, and construction law.

Sean graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2021. During his time in law school, Sean worked as an in-house counsel intern for a large Rhode Island based insurance group and was a law clerk for a civil litigation firm. Before law school, Sean worked for a regional insurance defense firm in New Jersey as a paralegal. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Siena College in 2016 where he was a member of the cross country and track programs. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and New York.
