Biography

Sebastian Haimerl is an associate in the German Corporate/M&A team. He advises national and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions (buy-side and sell-side), private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and on all general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Sebastian Haimerl worked as a paralegal and legal clerk in the Berlin office of Greenberg Traurig and completed part of his legal clerkship at a major German law firm in Munich.
