Biography

Sebastian Hopfl is an associate in the German Corporate/M&A team. He advises national and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital investment, joint ventures and on all general corporate law matters. His practice inter alia includes the technology, health care and real estate sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Sebastian worked as an associate at a global law firm in Berlin and Frankfurt and conducted parts of his legal clerkship in New York.
