Biography

Selwan Sader joined SADER & Associates in 2017 as a legal counsel. He is part of the Special Projects Department where he conducts in-depth research into different Law aspects and participates in most of the Projects powered by Lexis Nexis.

He is project coordinator for a Sports Law Regional Project where he prepares researches and coordinates work between team members.

Selwan collaborates as well with the Intellectual Property Department’s team by taking part to the enforcement plan set by SADER to fight counterfeit in the Lebanese market. His duties consist in assisting security forces in conducting raids and in preparing for lawsuits.

His varied experience covers Criminal law, IP Law, Sports Law in addition to legal researches and writing.

Selwan participated in several IP workshops. He reinforces his IP expertise by attending conferences and seminars organized by SADER and other national and international IP protection organisms.
