Biography

Seorae Ko focuses her practice on representing private equity sponsors in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and other investments spanning a wide range of industries and sectors.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, she handled a variety of legal matters as assistant secretary to the President of the Republic of South Korea for AI and Digital Transformation, and for Legal Affairs.
