Serena Ruedas focuses her practice on corporate matters. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, she served as in-house counsel at GeoComply, a gaming technology company, where she provided legal oversight for the preparation and revision of a wide range of commercial contracts, prepared essential corporate governance materials, handled employment law matters, and played a key role in various M&A projects.
