Sergio A. Castaneda: Attorney with Castaneda Law, APC

Biography

Sergio A. Castaneda earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. With more than 25 years of experience, he is driven by a passion for helping those without a strong voice in the legal system. His first major victory came when he represented a single mother wronged by her previous lawyer in a divorce arbitration. By filing a trial de novo, Sergio not only overturned a $50,000 arbitration award but also recovered her attorneys’ fees. That success cemented his belief that meticulous preparation and superior advocacy produce results. Today, he applies these principles to juvenile and adult criminal cases, tailoring defense strategies to each client’s unique circumstances. At Castaneda Law, APC, open communication and personalized attention ensure clients receive both exceptional service and strong, effective representation.
