Biography

Sergio A. Saldivar is a native of El Paso, Texas. He is a graduate of Austin High School and of the University of Texas at El Paso. At UTEP, he earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with an understudy in Psychology. After graduation he was immediately hired by the U.S. Customs Service where he worked protecting America’s Borders from 1991-1999. He acquired valuable first-hand experience in both border drug interdiction and in the enforcement of U.S. Immigration Laws. Serving the U.S. Government, he traveled throughout the country and to various parts of South America. From 1999-2001 he attended the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, where he earned his law degree. Following graduation he quickly went to work for a Dallas and Houston based law firm. In 2002, he opened up his first office in Houston, Texas where he began his private practice. In 2007, he opened up his second office in his native El Paso, Texas. Both Law Offices of Sergio A. Saldivar, continue to operate and offer their clients “result based” representation in the areas of State Criminal Defense (including dwi, intoxication crimes, drug possession, family violence, writs and many others) Federal Criminal Defense (including drug possession, drug smuggling, alien smuggling, and white collar crime) Immigration (with an strong emphasis on deportation and removal), and Federal Employment Discrimination (inter-agency).      Admissions: Sergio A.
