Biography

Sergio M. Eslait concentrates his practice in various areas of real property law. Sergio has a broad range of experience representing real estate developers, funds and investors, with the acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and disposition of multifamily, retail, industrial and office projects.

Sergio also represents real estate developers with secured financing transactions, including acquisition finance, refinance, mezzanine financing, construction loans, and loan modifications.

Sergio has deep experience representing clients with the purchase and sale of transferable development rights (TDRs) and transferable development density (TDDs).
