Biography

Seth Bader is the Founder and CEO of Bader Law, a Georgia‑based personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm dedicated to helping injured individuals and families rebuild their lives.

Since founding the firm in 2008, Seth has grown Bader Law into one of Georgia’s fastest‑growing firms, supported by a team of more than 150 professionals. Under his leadership, the firm has represented over 50,000 injured clients and secured more than $250 million in results, guiding thousands of families each year through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Seth’s approach to advocacy is shaped by his early career representing insurance companies. After handling thousands of claims, he gained an inside understanding of how insurers evaluate and defend cases, knowledge he now uses to strategically protect the interests of injured individuals facing powerful insurance carriers.

That insight, combined with a disciplined, trial‑ready approach, has led to significant outcomes for clients. Notable results include a $30 million settlement in the Gainesville explosion case, along with multiple seven‑figure recoveries in catastrophic workers’ compensation matters. Seth has personally secured more than $50 million in settlements for injured individuals and families.

Beyond results, Seth is focused on building an organization centered on clarity, accountability, and preparation. His leadership philosophy emphasizes strong advocacy, exceptional client experience, and systems that allow both clients and team members to feel supported at every stage of the process.

Today, Seth leads the firm’s growth, strategy, and long‑term vision with a clear focus on impact, helping clients move forward after serious injuries while building a firm designed for long‑term excellence.

Seth earned his Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia, and is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group.

Outside of work, Seth lives in Atlanta with his wife and four children and enjoys traveling, hiking, and coaching his son’s baseball team.
